This subject provides a wide-ranging introduction to strategic management. The emphasis is on considering a broad range of views surrounding strategic management and synthesising perspectives from the evidence presented. Views considered provide a basis for developing a foundation for informed strategic decision-making. The subject analyses the issue of the strategic process, plans and patterns, competition and control.
