Entrepreneurs are often confronted with problems in relation to legal issues, finance, marketing, pricing, manufacturing, inventory management, taxation, cash management and many more. This subject is designed to give students a solid understanding of the important basics of starting and managing business ventures, especially in aspects of business planning, operation and financial management. The aim is to provide students with a guide to the fundamentals of good management practices and help them generate necessary professional skills, such as communication, teamwork analytical thinking leadership and planning skills in managing a venture business.
