Subject outline
In this subject students will explore the concept of sustainable strategic management and the importance of a sustainability organisational culture. Responsibilities of CEO's and Boards of Directors will be examined and a range of sustainable strategic management strategies and systems will be analysed. Various measurement tools will be evaluated. The relationship between organisational performance, performance measurement and governance will be explored.
