In this subject, students will study distinctive aspects of American Law. In particular, students will be introduced to history and governmental structure; the judicial system; administrative law; civil procedure; criminal procedure; constitutional law; contracts and commercial law; tort law; property law; family law; criminal law; business law; tax lax, and international aspects of U.S. law. This is an important bridge to other subjects in the LLM in GBL program.
