Subject outline
In this subject, students plan, conduct and report on an original research project that addresses a significant research issue. Under supervision, students are required to conduct a planned study, select and conduct appropriate analysis and write a thesis of 15,000 words. Enrolment is through GER5THA (Semester 1), GER5THB (Semester 2), GER5THC (Semester 1) and GER5THD (Semester 2) (each 15 credit points). The Minor Thesis is supported by a research supervisor from The Lincoln Centre for Research on Ageing and by attendance at a series of training workshops.
