Subject outline
In this subject students will consider the educational possibilities of using multimedia for learning. Building on the grounding in multimedia developed for their own learning in first year, this subject explores a range of multimedia forms for teaching and learning, including intuitive and accessible computer software programs and other emerging technologies. Building participants' confidence to include multimedia within their various teaching and learning contexts underpin the subject. Linked with the practical applications of multimedia, students will consider theoretical concepts related to multimedia, design, teaching and learning.
