Subject outline
Organisations today are employing ERP and CRM systems for developing customer-centric business strategies and integration of business processes in accounting, finance, human resources, sales and marketing. In this subject, an overview of enterprise-wide computing and integrated enterprise systems concepts is provided. Students gain an understanding of the functionality of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and the underlying business processes integrated by these systems and their method of integration. SAP modules are used to provide hands-on experience to the students. Some aspects of CRM are also covered.
