This subject builds on the knowledge gained in Strategic Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour and develops a contextual understanding of the link between managing people and organisational performance in terms of the human resource development (HRD) function. Based on this understanding, the subject provides opportunity for a more detailed and practical exploration of people and team related issues in a high-performance workplace.
