In this subject students will investigate the normal range of physiological responses to sport, exercise and performance training. Particular attention will be given to the physiological responses and adaptations of the cardiovascular,respiratory, musculoskeletal, nervous, endocrine and immune systems to sport and exercise, their integration and regulation.
