Subject outline

In this subject, students will develop a fundamental understanding of theoretical concepts and practical delivery of exercise aimed to improve health and performance. Students will learn to prescribe safe, appropriate and effective exercise programs, based on best practice, that are aligned with the health, fitness and performance needs and goals of clients for apparently healthy populations. Students will learn to effectively monitor and deliver an exercise program to a client to ensure that it is performed in a safe and suitable manner.
