You will enhance your ability to work with individuals and groups from diverse cultural backgrounds; with a special emphasis on working with indigneous and refugee communities. Issues of diversity and difference will be more broadly explored in relation to groups within society which are seen to diverge from 'dominant' culture. You will be invited to explore your own values in relation to difference and toleration as the basis for developing 'culturally responsive practice'.
