Subject outline
This subject will develop and enhance your appreciation of how constant and/or evolutionary changes to the international business environment influences the operations and conduct of domestic for-profit and NFP enterprises. You will examine key strategic and structural drivers that support globalization and the establishment of multi-national enterprises. You will be exposed to the tools, approaches and challenges of successful cross-cultural management and knowledge transfer. Lastly, throughout the subject, you will be required to develop and then incorporate sound ethical principles and practices, including CSR, to the responsibilities of managing multi-national and NFP enterprises.
