Students complete a 16 000 word original thesis on a topic of their choice. Enrolment is dependent on both a student demonstrating the capacity to undertake a thesis and the availability of a suitable supervisor. Students should contact their Course Directer to seek approval to enrol.

Six 1.0 hours supervisor consultation every two weeks on weekdays during the day from week 10 to week 22 and delivered via face-to-face.
"Students will be assigned a supervisor at the beginning of semester. Students must contact their supervisor to arrange a time for fortnightly consultations in order to develop their research proposals"

SeminarWeek: 10 - 22
Four 3.0 hours seminar other recurrence on weekdays during the day from week 10 to week 22 and delivered via face-to-face.
"This subject is jointly taught with PLA5MTA & PLA5MTB. Students from both courses will come together during seminars in weeks 1, 4, 7, 11 of semester and will be held on Thursday afternoons, 12-3pm"
