Contemporary Education invites students to engage in a critical exploration of education in rapidly changing times. Students explore the broader socioeconomic and cultural contexts of education within local and global communities. This exploration contributes to the development of student capacity to observe, analyse and interpret the influence of emerging technological trends and new labour markets on the politics of education, policy making and social practices of teaching and learning.
