This subject positions Professional Identity from two key perspectives; the educators role within the workplace team and as an early childhood educators. You will develop skills and strategies to encourage collaborative team work and engage in the development of a personal cycle of critical reflection, positioning the importance of goal setting and review in order to facilitate expertise and growth.

03. Understand the significance of organisational policies, plans and procedures in building capacity within workplace teams, with a key focus of encouraging individual growth and collaboration through mentoring and review.

Unscheduled Online Class Week: 10 - 19
