This subject positions Professional Identity from two key perspectives; the educators role within the workplace team and as an early childhood educators. You will develop skills and strategies to encourage collaborative team work and engage in the development of a personal cycle of critical reflection, positioning the importance of goal setting and review in order to facilitate expertise and growth.
