Subject outline
This subject is designed to allow pre-honours and other high level students to further extend their professional Chinese abilities and orient them in China related studies. Topics comprise migration and urbanization, environment protection, revisiting traditional Chinese values, Chinese culture and Chinese overseas. It particularly focuses on the training of skills in social sciences research in Chinese primary source, as well as translation in primary data from Chinese into English and from English into Chinese. It also features as online and multimedia based collaborative teaching and learning experience.
