WORK PLACEMENT PROGRAM

Subject outline

This work placement program has been developed to allow students from the College of Arts, Social Sciences and Commerce to apply their formal academic learning in anauthentic workplace. Students from various disciplines will complete100-120 hours of work placement either in an external setting or placed at the university with a staff member. The placement will be accompanied by six online modules, designed to support students through their placement and prepare them for their future careers. This subject brings together the expertise of industry partners and La Trobe University staff for the benefit of the students' professional development.
