Subject outline
This subject will explore contemporary issues in the legal profession, locally, nationally, and internationally.The subject will place the profession within the pantheon of professions,provide a brief history of the profession internationally and nationally, but focus on the issues that are driving contemporary practice including the impact of disruptive technologies and new practice vistas. Legal and ethical opportunities and challenges arising from legal disruption will also be examined.

Prerequisites Completion of 120cps of law subjects. Must be admitted to a Bachelor of Laws undergraduate degree, Bachelor of Laws double degree or graduate entry Bachelor of Laws (including LVLGE and LVLGEB) offered by the Law School.
