2018

Credit points: 15

Subject outline

This subject allows students to work on an integrated or Smart Building project which allows the integration of various specialist areas such as mechanical and electrical services. Innovative design is emphasised, with due consideration of the following: the purpose; community and environmental impacts; data communication from the building; costs and energy rating issues. Students learn both about sensors and actuators and the data-analytics techniques for data-driven decision making.
