This subject provides a detailed coverage of Knowledge Management concepts and methodologies which includes knowledge creation, knowledge architecture, and knowledge codification. This subject also explores the Knowledge Management systems life cycle that includes capturing, transferring, sharing and managing organizational knowledge. Through this process-oriented examination of the relevant stages, students will understand the importance of striking a balance between the behavioural and technical aspects of Knowledge Management.
