Personal and Professional Skills Development (PPSD) is a cornerstone subject of the MBA program dedicated to the development of personal and core professional management and leadership skills. Through seminars, workshop activities and a variety of self-assessment activities, the subject provides an introduction to the fundamental dimensions of business leadership, including self-awareness, teamwork, and effective communication skills.
