In this subject, you will explore and apply the key frameworks that guide the management of organisational change. You will develop the skills required to formulate and implement an appropriate change management intervention. You will also analyse how organisations initiate, resist and stimulate change, and consider suitable strategies to influence organisational stakeholders.
