This subject provides a detailed examination of the Corporations Act 2001 as it applies to corporate administration, compliance and governance.  It provides a coverage of the registration processs and corporate authority, directors and officers duties, members rights and remedies, reporting and disclosure and the application of corporate theory to practice.
