In this subject you will critically analyse a range of approaches to leadership within the context of dynamic, challenging and often ambiguous circumstances. Working individually and with other students, you will evaluate contemporary organisational leaders against theoretical frameworks, whilst taking into account pragmatic management considerations. You will also carefully reflect on your own practice as a responsible leader, assessing your strengths and areas in which you can be even more effective.

Activities:: Online content, experiential exercises, discussion and readings provide an opportunity for you to critically engage with leadership theories and competencies and help you to recognise key elements of responsible leadership. This will form part of the assessment.

Activities:: Onlinecontent, experiential exercises, discussion and readings will build on your knowledge of what responsible leadership looks like in action so you can analyse contemporary leaders in the public realm, those you know and your own leadership. This capability will be assessed.
