In this subject you will critically analyse a range of approaches to leadership within the context of dynamic, challenging and often ambiguous circumstances. Working individually and with other students, you will evaluate contemporary organisational leaders against theoretical frameworks, whilst taking into account pragmatic management considerations. You will also carefully reflect on your own practice as a responsible leader, assessing your strengths and areas in which you can be even more effective.
