Subject outline

In the context of art education, students develop and practise concepts and techniques for 2D and 3D Art making, and observational critique. Workshop sessions will provide a hands-on experience in making artworks from a variety of media, and will demonstrate insights into how these practices may be developed further and/or applied to broader contexts. Students will create a portfolio of artefacts and write a negotiated topic essay examining the transition of theory to practice.
