This subject is an international study tour allowing students to travel to global destinations engaging in tourism and hospitality management related enterprises. This subject will critically evaluate businesses located in countries other than Australia and reflect on best business practices in a global environment. The subject has the flexibility to adapted to include comtemporary issues in any tourism, hospitality and event environment.
