In this subject students are introduced to the theory and practice of environmental interpretation and its role in the context of education and nature tourism. Students critically examine theory and practice of effective interpretation through examination of interpretive venues and other materials, including some of their own. The emphasis is on developing interpretive skills with a focus on both natural and cultural interpretation settings.
