This subject provides a theoretical understanding of contract management and its practical implementation. In an increasingly complex business environment, it is vital for managers to be able to practice high level contract negotiations and management. The content of the subject will include contracts, legislative requirements and organisational policies, negotiation and conflict resolution and preparing contracts and contractual terms and conditions.
