In this subject students will explore some of the core principles of contract law, consumer protection and the law of negligence. Students will discuss various business structures including the law relating to the incorporation of companies. Students will examine the practical operation of the law in the business environment. This unit adopts a skills-based learning approach. It does this through teaching the basic techniques of problem solving.
