This subject introduces students to the regulatoryframework of telecommunications law in Australia. Students will examine the concepts,policies and principles of telecommunications and broadcasting law. Topics may include the broadcasting licensingframework, the management of digital spectrums, advertising and consumerprotection legislation and the regulation of national broadband policies.
