In this subject students will enhance and consolidate skills in legal research, writing and editing. Students will develop skills in communicating legal research and policy to a wide range of legal and non-legal audiences. They will also examine the process of legal publishing,the trend towards online forms of communication and work closely with editorial staff from leading Australian law journals in the publication of scholarly articles.
