This subject addresses La Trobe's Sustainability Thinking Essential. Sustainability Thinking entails deep appreciation of how the choices we make affects the natural, economic, social, political and cultural systems — now and in the future.

Subject outline

In this subject students explore, develop and reflect on their attitudes and behaviours towards their own and other people's health and wellbeing. Students explore aspects of wellbeing and sustainable living in order to gain a greater awareness of, and take responsibility for their wellbeing so they are prepared for the demands of tertiary study and of their future profession.
