This subject provides an introduction to key dimensions of management and marketing in diverse organisational contexts. Informed by the need for sustainable value creation in contemporary organisations, the subject explores how external and internal environments influence management and marketing behaviour and practice. Students engage with these issues by considering and analysing real world examples, informed by theoretical and analytic frameworks.
