Subject outline

In this subject you will be introduced to leadership models, forms and competencies to develop an understanding of the practical skills and theoretical knowledge required to become a responsible leader within an organisation.Working individually and with other students, you will be asked to analyse leaders in contemporary practice, including reflecting on your own leadership practices, within the context of dynamic, challenging and often ambiguous organisational circumstances.
