This subject aims to provide under-graduate students with a business approach to the study of accounting by emphasising how financial decision making is based on accurate and complete accounting information. It provides students with an understanding of the accounting concepts that are fundamental to the preparation and use of accounting information. It also develops student awareness of ethical issues facing the accounting profession. Accounting for Management Decisions is a pre-requisite to further study in accounting.
