Subject outline

This subject examines the nature and process of entrepreneurship, characteristics of entrepreneurs and focuses on creativity and innovation. Particular emphasis will be given to the entrepreneurial skills of exploiting opportunity and using creativity and innovation to provide a competitive advantage. The concepts of creativity, lateral thinking, networks, innovation that encourage change will be key components of the lectures and tutorials.
