This capstone subject will integrate and expand students' knowledge & skills in practice in chilled wellbeing and child protection. In this subject students will reflect and build upon their own development in terms of their history, culture, values, attitudes, resources and constraints. They will formulate and operationalise plans to develop their self-management and self-care skills and practices, and their ability to build relationships with each other in ways that anticipate established leadership capabilities.
