Subject outline
In this subject students will be provided with the opportunity to develop introductory skills in the assessment and therapeutic response to children, adolescents and families in an age and stage sensitive way, from both an individual and systemic perspective. The program will assist in developing an understanding of the more common presentations encountered in child and family settings. The impact of marital and family issues upon children and adolescents will be covered.
