COMMUNITY BASED HEALTH SERVICE DELIVERY SYSTEMS

In this subject, students are introduced to a range of community-based service delivery systems for those living with permanent impairments or chronic conditions. Populations studied are those suffering traumatic injury, post-traumatic stress disorder, lifelong physical disability, and those with mental illnesses living in the community.
