In this subject, students are introduced to a range of issues to do with securing appropriate vocational training for clients, the appropriate matching of clients' abilities to the demands of particular jobs, and the skills needed for effective job seeking and the maintenance of any employment gained.

WorkShop
Two 3.0 hours workshop per study period and delivered via face-to-face.
"Distance Education with optional workshops, two 3-hours workshops at City campus. Reading material, DVDs and exercises are sent to the students. 12-hours of exercises for each of four modules are required in addition to individual reading."
