Subject outline

In this subject, students will be introduced to major concepts and theories in rehabilitation and intervention programs. This subject will examine procedures that are useful in rehabilitation when working in health settings. The subject will provide students with an understanding of effective case management skills which leads to proper care coordination, seemless service provider cooperation and the development and delivery of comprehensive rehabilitation services to those living with chronic conditions or permanent impairments.
