This subject is a transition pathway to the Bachelor of Nursing course (second year) which will enable you to complete an accelerated degree. This subject is delivered in seven modules. Through lectures, online activities, workshops and clinical laboratories, you will develop foundational nursing knowledge and the academic and practical skills required for person-centred care, an understanding of the clinical reasoning process, enquiry-based learning, working in teams and evidence-based practice, and be able to apply human anatomy and physiology to professional nursing practice.
