This subject introduces students to the major concepts that enable managers to understand the behaviour of people in organisations. Students will investigate the impact of individuals, groups and structure in influencing organisational behaviour, and in engaging with organisation challenges. Topics covered include: Individual Behaviour, Groups and Teamwork, Organisational Culture, Decision Making, Change, Leadership, Communication and Motivation.
