This subject is an introduction to the use of research-based evidence in professional health care practice. Through seminars, online activities and workshops, you will develop an understanding of the role of evidence in health, including, the key stages of evidence development and interpretation of research methods and outcomes. This subject will enable you to explore your own professional area, as well as, the role of other health care providers. You will be expected to complete a range of written and verbal assessment pieces.
