THEORETICAL MODELS OF SYSTEMIC SUPERVISION

In this unit students will be taught models of systemic supervision, dynamics of the supervision process, supervision ethics and practice, and the use of 'reflecting teams process' in supervision. Models and frameworks of supervision will be explored and critiqued from a postmodern perspective.
