Subject outline

In this unit students will: a) take part in live supervision and participate in the reflecting team b) integrate theories and practices of supervision congruent with systemic ideas c) focus on particular styles of working with supervisees from systemic perspectives d) examine the processes and dynamics of use of self in supervision e) understand the practice and significance of feedback and evaluation in supervision f) examine record keeping, ethics and professional development
