Subject outline
This subject takes an interdisciplinary approach to the movement of texts between the literary arts, theatre, cinema and virtual media. Students will learn to analyse and critique the dynamic and contested relationships between the original and copy, authorship and authority, content and form. They will also have opportunities to participate in cross-arts practices, observing the mutability of narrative as it moves across different disciplines, performances and platforms.
