Subject outline
In this subject students examine a range of issues related to the formation, maintenance and dissolution of human relationships within a context of social change. Beginning with histories and perspectives on gender and 'family', students explore a number of topics focusing on the sexual health of individuals including the development of sexual identity, disability and sexuality, sexual rights, ethics and consent. Approaches to comprehensive sexuality education are also considered.
