Subject outline

In this subject students will undertake a theoretical and practical study of the health and physical education curriculum. Lectures and tutorials (workshops) focus on the issues impacting the design and implementation of the health and physical education curriculum. Likewise, students will critically evaluate contemporary approaches in health and physical education and develop practical knowledge and skills in the construction of student-centred activities that enhance student learning from a primary school context.
