Brief profile

Ros’s primary areas of research and interest is around the mind-body practice of laughter wellness, which uses the energy of laughter to promote overall wellbeing. This is reflected in her private practice as Wellbeing consultant for her company LaughLife Wellbeing Programs.  Ros has conducted research into the health impacts of laughter therapy/ laughter yoga in residents of residential aged care facilities (Laugh out Loud - LOL) and for patients receiving dialysis treatment. She is currently researching the impact of laughter activities on people with dementia.

She is the author of "Laughing at cancer - How to Heal with Love, Laughter and Mindfulness".
